Mobile App Terms

These terms ("EULA") govern your use of the PI Press mobile application (the "App"), published by JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD ("the Company", "we", "us"). The PI Press service you reach through the App is also subject to the PI Press Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By installing or using the App you agree to this EULA.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

This EULA is concluded between you and JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content. This EULA does not provide usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service.

The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you got it from. You may not distribute the App or make it available over a network where it could be used by several devices at the same time. On Apple devices, the App may be used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

You agree not to:

• upload, share or promote content that is illegal, offensive or discriminatory, or that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
• do anything that compromises the security of the App, its users or any associated network;
• send unsolicited messages or advertisements;
• impersonate others or act fraudulently;
• use the App for any illegal purpose, or get around its usage limits.

The Company does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users, and may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

You are responsible for what you upload, write or publish through the App. If a third party claims that the App, or your possession and use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.

Answers from the PI assistant are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important against its source.

JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is solely responsible for any maintenance and support of the App. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

In the App you can buy a subscription plan or a pack of credits. These purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, with the payment method you have set up there. We check each purchase with the store and then add the plan or the credits to your PI Press account. We do not receive your card details. We keep the store's transaction identifier and the product bought.

A subscription renews automatically through the store until you cancel it. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. We do not give refunds, unless a charge was caused by a fault in PI Press. Apple and Google may also refund a purchase under their own policies. A trial or extended usage may be given at our discretion, and we may extend, withhold or end it. We may change prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies.

When you create an account in the App you can enter an invite code. The account is then counted for the referral link the code belongs to, and if that link carries a trial, the trial is added to your account. What is recorded is described in the Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is solely responsible for any product warranties. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD's sole responsibility.

JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation. This EULA does not limit JUSTHONNE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD's liability to you beyond what the law permits.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that the U.S. Government has designated a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the App, for example your mobile data agreement.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. When you accept it, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
